The HR Consultants was established in 2018 by me, Charlotte Pitts; after 15 years of leading large Human Resources functions, I knew I could make a bigger impact on people’s lives and businesses if I built my own company, doing HR ‘stuff’ the way I believe it should be done.
One of our values is to ‘Deliver Awesome’ and we make sure this is reflected in everything that we do by making sure we check-in regularly with our clients to get feedback on how we can support them better.

I’ve worked in HR for the last 10 years and have developed a love for finding ways through difficult people situations; whether it’s helping a business to find a way through a grievance successfully, dealing with a tribunal claim, or developing engaging employee handbooks and people policies.
We partner with our clients to help them create a place that their people love to work, and I’m so proud of the work we do each and every day.
Having worked in HR for the last 15 years, I’ve seen and dealt with all kinds of ‘people problems.’ I love getting to the nitty gritty of employment law and finding pragmatic solutions for our clients.
I have experience in various sectors including IT, fintech and engineering and being able to use that expertise with our fantastic clients is the most rewarding job.
